Irish Coffee Affogato

INGREDIENTS

• 1 teaspoon vanilla bean simple syrup

• 1.5 oz Irish Whiskey

• 1 large scoop vanilla bean ice cream (or your fav other flavor)

• 1 shot espresso

• whipped cream and chocolate shavings as garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Place the simple syrup and whiskey into a chilled glass, then top with the scoop of ice cream.

Drizzle the hot espresso over the top, then dollop with whipped cream and shave some chocolate over the top before diving in!
