Peach Jam Paper Plane

INGREDIENTS

• 1 nearly empty jar of peach jam

• 1 oz Whiskey of choice

• 1 oz Aperol

• 1 oz Amaro Nonino

• 1 oz lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Add all ingredients to a nearly empty jam jar then add ice and shake well. Double strain and serve in a chilled coupe glass.

2. If you don't have an empty jar, place 1-2 teaspoons of jam in a shaker along with all the other ingredients, shake well with ice and double strain into your glass
